When did Ratbastard start?

  • Ratbastard Supply Co. launched in the summer of 2016. Learn more about our beginnings and our mission here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will my card be charged when I order?

  • All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Shipping Information:

COVID-19 Delays: Due to the recent global outbreak of COVID-19, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in areas affected by the virus due to government protocol. Affected countries have also experienced delays through customs. Please understand that this is outside of our control and we will soon be able to offer our standard shipping again. Delays can range from 7-25 business days in some cases dependent on location. We greatly appreciate your support and patience during these unprecedented times.

We use standard shipping for all of our orders. All items ship from the U.S. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at ratbastardsupplyco@gmail.com.

  • How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?

Once the package is shipped it can take 2-7 business days to be delivered.

  • How long will it take to receive my international order?

Once the package is shipped it can take 4-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.

  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! You will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number once the package has shipped to the email that you provided to us at checkout.

Return Policy:

Returns can be made on all products, unless explicitly stated on the product page, 30 days after your order has been delivered.

  • Is my order eligible for a return?
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Item must also be in the original packaging.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
    • Items that are on sale cannot be returned.
    • I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?
    Contact us as soon as possible regarding your situation. We will send you instructions on how to proceed. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 
    • My order is eligible for a return. What's next?
    Contact us in order to start the return process. We will supply you with return shipping information and a pre-paid label with a tracking number. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • How long until I receive my refund?
    We will notify you via email once we have received your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should receive your refund within 1-3 business days depending on payment processing. If you haven't received your refund during this time frame please don't hesitate to contact us.
    • Do you offer exchanges?
    Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this moment in time. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order and we will do the best we can to assist you!
