Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all products unless stated otherwise on the product page. The item must be unused, unworn and in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. Sale items are final.

How to start a return

Email sales@ratbastardsupplyco.com with your order number. We reply with return instructions and a prepaid, tracked return label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Please do not send anything back before you have the label.

Refunds

We email you when the return arrives and the refund is approved. Refunds go to the original payment method and usually show within 1 to 3 business days of approval, depending on your bank. If it has not appeared after that, check with your bank first, then email us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Wrong, damaged or misprinted items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reship or refund at no cost to you.
